The team we are building

We are a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers who care about the craft of building. We value clear writing, well-reasoned decisions, and the ability to go deep on a problem without losing sight of the user.

How we work

We use a lightweight process that keeps the team aligned without overhead. Weekly priorities, daily async updates, and a shared principle: make the user's experience better this week than it was last week.

Decisions are made by the people closest to the problem. We document context in writing so that remote teammates can contribute equally, and we default to shipping over deliberating.
