1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AI Animationz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are used when you generate content and are not transferable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you upload and, subject to these Terms, of the content you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content
• No content that infringes others' rights or impersonates real people
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the Service

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
